The number that keeps us up at night is absolutely true and is what propels us to continue to raise up, train, and send workers who will reach the people the gospel never has. Your thoughts-is this the first time you have seen this number?

Growing in community means letting God shape us through the people around us. There is something powerful about learning to live out what God is teaching us together. Not just gathering for knowledge, but helping one another take simple steps of obedience, share with others, and make disciples who make disciples. How might God want to use the relationships already around you to grow your faith and help others grow too?

Last weekend was such an encouragement. Our dear friend from Bloomington/Normal came down to be a part of what God is doing through our house church and team here in Louisville. They stopped by Team Expansion to grab a few things and of course I had to make sure they left “merched out.” 😊 Our greatest joy is training, coaching, and mobilizing people to live on mission wherever God has placed them. Jeremy spent time training on 3 Circles, and immediately after Nissy and the kids went out praying for people and sharing the Gospel. Honestly, one of the most beautiful thing for me was seeing an entire family step into it together. This is the heart behind what we do: everyday believers, whole families included, learning to pray boldly, love people well, and make disciples right where they are!

Over the past several years, we’ve become increasingly aware of how difficult it has become to stay meaningfully connected in today’s digital world. Social media platforms are noisy. Algorithms decide what people see. Important updates get buried beneath endless content, distractions, and information fatigue. Even newsletters can begin to feel like just another email competing for attention. At the same time, we’ve realized something important: Healthy ministry partnership was never meant to be built primarily through broadcasting information. It grows through relationship, shared vision, prayer, participation, and ongoing connection around what God is doing. That’s why we created this community. Our hope is that this becomes more than a place to simply post updates. We want it to become a more intentional environment where people can: follow along with the mission, hear stories from the journey, pray intentionally, ask questions, celebrate what God is doing, and discover meaningful ways to participate. We believe missions should not feel distant or disconnected. We want people who care about the ministry to genuinely feel connected to the work, the vision, and ultimately to what God is doing among the nations. As we continue moving forward in disciple-making, church multiplication, leadership development, and mobilization, we’re excited to invite others into the journey with us in a more relational and interactive way.
